14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason — most commonly because the games you care about don't run acceptably on your particular Mac. There is nothing to prove and no restocking fee.

To request a refund, email support@ignitex.app from the address you bought with, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include your order number if you have it (it's in the receipt). We aim to process refunds within a few business days.

How refunds are handled

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy; the time for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

When a refund is issued, the associated IgniteX license key is deactivated. Please stop using IgniteX after a refund — the open-source engine it installs remains on your Mac and can be removed from ~/Library/Application Support/SteamBridge.

Your statutory rights (EU / Czech Republic)

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer law. IgniteX is sold as digital content supplied without a physical medium. Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; where you ask us to make the product available immediately, that right may end once download/access begins — but our voluntary 14-day guarantee above still applies either way. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Check compatibility first — it's free

Before you buy, you can look up any game in our compatibility catalog to see whether it's on the green (works), amber (may need tweaks), or red (won't run — usually kernel anti-cheat) list. Only two titles are verified by hand so far (MECCHA CHAMELEON and Counter-Strike 2); the rest are predictions. That honesty is exactly why the refund exists.
